This Sure Step – Focused Application Solution Template (FAST) methodology includes our industry expertise, bundled into a solution template-based approach. Sure Step-FAST is designed to support rapid effective implementations for target industry sub-verticals in food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution and retail. These templates allow Junction Solutions to work more efficiently, validate business practices against best of breed processes, lower deployment costs, enable the customer to achieve the maximum ROI as quickly as possible.
Sure Step - FAST includes:

Microsoft recommends using Sure Step instead over other methodologies because it provides a common taxonomy as well as tools for planning, project management and risk avoidance. Junction Solutions addition of additional tools as well as industry specific templates allows for the effective collaboration with teams within the customer’s own organization This allows customers to easily leverage multiple resources from different organizations on projects or interchange resources on a project with minimal ramp up time for new resources.
