The Junction Academy, which contains training delivered by experienced and knowledgeable instructors, provides our customers with training delivery options that best meet their training needs.
Instructor-led Training
Instructor-led Training (ILT) focuses on providing hands-on experience and delivers a detailed overview of specified Microsoft Dynamics AX modules. Courses are typically 2-5 days and are offered at the Junction Solutions’ training facilities in Denver or Atlanta or at the customer location.
Webinar-led Training
Webinar-led Training (WLT) provides customers with a shorter detailed overview of specified Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 modules. These online workshops feature real-time user interaction and hands-on experience while saving on travel costs. These courses are typically 1-4 hours in length.
The Role-Tailored Experience
The Role-Tailored Experience focuses on training applicable to a specific role or skill set. Technical Training focuses on developers. Administrative Training focuses on systems, security and database administration. Functional Training focuses on the end users. Financial Training focuses on end users in a finance role.
