Configuration

Support both paper and mobile device-enabled routes to address full connectivity and end-of-day synchronization needs. DSD supports invoice routes, pedal routes, vendor managed inventory (VMI) routes, warehouse transfer routes or any combination of these. DSD can also be configured to include definitions for vehicle type, standing sales order type, standing transfer order and static route aspects, including route and customer receipt calendar, stop sequence, load sequence and more.

Daily Route Management

Streamline the creation of manual or automatic daily routes. DSD features the ability to add and remove stops, move a stop to existing or new shipments in case of weight/cube out constraints, create ad-hoc shipments, manage route and load sequence, build a load summary by order/stop/shipment, optimize route planning and print a variety of delivery documents.

Route Delivery

Simplify vehicle inventory verification and adjustment, product delivery information management, and future and return order creation. DSD facilitates payment acceptance as well as proof-of-delivery receipt, signature capture and invoice generation.

Mobile Application

Put the power of the application into the driver’s hands via DSD’s mobile capability. Junction Solutions has extended mobile functionality to allow users to select the right device for the type of route, which can significantly lower the total cost of ownership. The system allows for real-time synchronization through cell-enabled devices and disconnected/batch synchronization.

End-of-Day Route Settlement

Automate end-of-day settlement processes, including inventory verification and adjustment, transfer, leave or scrap product, sales order and return order creation and process, quality compliance creation and payment and settlement processes.
