Utilizing Junction F/B Blend Optimizer you can allow the system to determine the “best” combination of certain ingredients to achieve the most effective utilization of material resources while striving to produce a quality product at the least cost. This is especially important for industries that can utilize several different input materials (e.g. Skim Milk + Cream, or 2% Milk + Cream, or Whole Milk + no Cream) and the most efficient combination needs to be utilized when cost, quality or expiration issues are a factor. Another model can calculate the optimal outputs that can be disassembled based on grade and cost; other models provide the optimal output pattern of cut goods from larger material supplies.
These advanced mathematical models can provide optimized inventory levels by matching supply with customer demand, by providing the most cost effective selection of outputs or input materials.
