BROWNELLS CHOOSES INTEGRATED RETAIL PRODUCTS FROM JUNCTION SOLUTIONS

JunctionEOD™ and JunctionMCR™ Selected by World’s Largest Firearm Parts and Accessories Retailer

Lincolnshire, IL – May 22, 2007 - Junction Solutions today announced that Brownells, the “World’s Largest Supplier of Firearms Accessories and Gunsmithing Tools™” has selected both JunctionEOD™ and JunctionMCR™ for managing its multi-channel retail business. JunctionEOD, an advanced and highly scalable on-demand (SaaS) e-Commerce solution built on Microsoft .NET 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005, seamlessly integrates with JunctionMCR, a multi-channel retail ERP, call center and fulfillment solution built on Microsoft Dynamics™ AX.  Together, these solutions will enable Brownells to better manage and analyze catalog and web campaigns through order entry, shipping and returns for greater efficiency and high-touch customer service.

Headquartered in Montezuma, Iowa, Brownells is historically a catalog-based company with more than 32,000 SKUs in its comprehensive catalog.  Expansion to the web has boosted Brownells’ online order volumes to represent at least 50% of total orders.  In order to support this rapid growth and manage its multiple sales channels, the company began searching for e-Commerce and retail solution providers. 

Brownells evaluated many retail solution providers, including Escalate Retail, CSI/Direct 500, CommercialWare, SAP, Oracle Retail and Junction Solutions.  Impressed with the power and flexibility of the Microsoft Dynamics™ AX platform, and the extensive retail functionality of JunctionEOD and JunctionMCR, Brownells ultimately selected Junction Solutions.

Brownells will be replacing their legacy solution for the standard Microsoft Dynamics™ AX platform which better addresses Brownells’ business issues such as order management, merchandising, marketing, content management, warehouse management and e-Commerce.
