
Jeff Grell, President
Jeff Grell is a co-founder and President of Junction Solutions. He is responsible for leading all aspects of Junction's business worldwide. Jeff's career includes over 20 years in the consulting and software industries.
Before Junction Solutions, Jeff was a Vice President with OpenLatitude, a supply chain application software company for retail distribution and high-tech manufacturing, where he was responsible for implementation services and software development. Prior to OpenLatitude, Jeff was a Vice President with FutureNext Consulting, a partner with Horizon Consulting, and a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jeff holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Iowa. He is a member of PMI, the Project Management Institute.
Bryan Stuart, CFO
Bryan Stuart is the CFO at Junction Solutions, where he is responsible for leading the finance and accounting, human resources, and administrative responsibilities for the company. Bryan brings over 17 years of financial and operational consulting experience.
Prior to Junction Solutions, he served as a Partner and CFO for Charter Consulting, a Chicago-based management consulting firm. Prior to that position, he was the CFO for BrightSage, Inc. (formerly Ethnicgrocer.com). Bryan spent 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, where he was a Senior Manager specializing in SEC services, mergers and acquisitions, financial and risk management, and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has consulted clients ranging from early stage to established post-IPO stage on financial and operational issues.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
A. Chris Hafenscher, VP, Sales
Chris Hafenscher is a co-founder of Junction Solutions and responsible for sales and marketing operations. Chris has over 22 years experience in the software and consulting industry, working with manufacturers and distributors in both sales and delivery management roles.
Chris was the founder of Junction's predecessor firm, Horizon Consulting, when it was formed in 1995, and became a Senior Vice President responsible for operations in the Central Region of FutureNext Consulting after FutureNext's acquisition of Horizon in 1999. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of management posts with PeopleSoft and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Chris holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
George C. Casey, Jr, VP, Sales Operations
George Casey is the Vice President of Sales Operations at Junction Solutions.
Prior to joining Junction Solutions, George was a Business Process Manager at CoorsTek, Inc., a global high-tech manufacturing firm. Prior to CoorsTek, he served in technical management roles at FutureNext Consulting and Horizon Consulting.
George holds a B.S. in Business Administration - Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He also holds the CPIM certification from APICS, the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
Nick Bova, VP, Consulting Services
Nick Bova is the VP of Consulting Services at Junction Solutions. Nick is responsible for all consulting services for Junction's customers in the food & beverage and retail industries and has had a significant role in product design and setting the overall strategic direction of the Food & Beverage Practice.
Nick brings over 25 years of industry and consulting experience. Prior to joining Junction Solutions, Nick served as Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Logistics for Campbell Soup North America and as a Partner in the Supply Chain consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Nick holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia. In addition, Nick completed most of the coursework for a PhD in Business information systems at Georgia State. Nick holds the following certifications; CPIM (Certificate in Production and Inventory Management), CDP (Certified Data Processor), Certified Systems Integrator, and Microsoft Certified Professional (.Net Applications Development).
Jeff Marker, VP, Customer Services
Jeff Marker is the VP of Customer Service at Junction Solutions where he is responsible for managing product development, training and customer service operations. Jeff's career includes over 17 years of managing and producing outstanding client service.
Before Junction Solutions, Jeff was the owner of Marker Consulting, a Vice President with FutureNext Consulting, a partner with Horizon Consulting, and a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jeff holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Association of Operations Management (APICS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Nicole Fitzmaurice, Director of Marketing
Nicole Fitzmaurice serves as Director of Marketing for Junction Solutions. She joined the company from start-up in 2002 and currently leads the company's global strategic development and execution of aggressive branding and marketing efforts.
Nicole brings 15 years of successful enterprise software marketing experience from companies such as PLATINUM Technology and Computer Associates. Prior to Junction Solutions, Nicole worked for Apropos Technology, now Syntellect, a global provider of advanced contact center software solutions.
Nicole holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Illinois State University.
Mike Wachner, VP, JunctionEOD
Mike Wachner is the Vice President of JunctionEOD where he is responsible for supporting the sales and delivery of Junction's eCommerce solution. Mike has over 12 years of eCommerce experience architecting, developing and managing eCommerce projects and has developed 4 generations of eCommerce platforms.
Mike Wachner joins Junction Solutions through the acquisition of ThePage.com where Mike was the Founder and President. Prior to founding ThePage, Mike was co-founder of a leading web development company where he headed up the web development organization. Mike holds a degree in Physics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mike is also co-author of a patent for improving the size and usability of streaming video over slow internet connections.
