JunctionRES integrates with other Microsoft products that your company uses everyday such as Outlook, Office (Excel, Word) and Access. It leverages the Microsoft Windows and SQL Server database like no other application package can on the marketplace. Microsoft Dynamics AX also offers a solution with the flexibility to integrate with other vendor 3rd party and legacy applications.
Payment Processing
JunctionRES supports cash, check, open account, credit card and gift certificate payment options. Our credit card processing functionality allows for orders to be held until authorization on the card can be confirmed. Authorization can be done via online or batch options through various payment processors. JunctionRES keeps your customers’ personal data secure by encrypting all credit card data, deleting security codes (CID, CVV2, CVC2) once the order is fulfilled, and only showing last 4-digits of credit card data on-file to end users. Strict complicate with PCI requirements will leverage a dual-key approach and 128-bit encryption technology.
Order Management
The order management screen provides users with the ability to quickly key customer orders. Features include: email documents, catalog request processing, back order and purchase order information, order event logs to track modifications, as well as the ability to drill down into any shipped order to review each box, tracking information, and its contents. In addition, all communications can be recorded at the customer, sales order and invoice level.
Promotion and Pricing Management
JunctionRES provides users with the ability to define the promotional offer and the customer segment receiving the offer. Special item pricing and discounts can be defined at the offer level, such as buy 1 get 1 promotions, multi-quantity discounts, and total order value discounts. Each offer can also be tied to a postage and handling schedule so that postage is automatically calculated during order entry.
Warehouse Management
JunctionRES’s Warehouse Management features are fully integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics AX Warehouse Management (WMS) modules to better manage inventory and fulfill customer orders. Warehouse Management helps optimize inventory transfers by using specialized warehouse areas and zones for directed put-away. Microsoft Dynamics AX manages bulk storage and forward picking areas and creates automated bin transfers.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Integration between sales, marketing and customer service departments is key to meeting customer expectations. The CRM feature is fully integrated with all JunctionRES modules and is an integral part of the supply chain. With CRM, communications can be managed across all sales channels using calendars, correspondence and campaigns while seamlessly integrating to all Microsoft Office applications.
Financial Management
The Financial Management application improves the efficiency of existing accounting processes. Extend business across the globe by running Financial Management in multiple languages. Automatic, real-time updating of data helps ensure fast and accurate financial reporting. Connectivity with the general ledger lets you trace each transaction to its origin, verifying and analyzing transactions immediately or on demand for external or internal audits.
