Junction F/B provides the tools to improve your inventory management with detailed insight into your inventory and item tracking. Powerful tools, such as Inventory dimensions, allow you to classify your inventory according to your storage and item characteristics, so that you can get detailed overview of your inventory whenever you need it. You can track items throughout the system using batch and serial numbers. At any time, you have direct access to information telling you where items were used and where they can be found.
Junction F/B warehouse management allows you to define different location and storage policies at both the warehouse level and the item level. You can specify warehouse locations to may levels – such as warehouse, aisle, rack, shelf or bin. You can determine the storage location based on rules regarding size, volume and height of your products and allocate storage based on priority of picking locations and buffer locations.
With Junction F/B you can release order picking sales orders to ensure you have stock on hand for multiple orders. You can define shipments so they result in the creation of optimized picking routes.
